By joining MintMachine, I hereby agree to and accept the following:

1.  I join MintMachine of my own free will.

2.  I acknowledge that I take or leave the advice given here of my own accord.

3.  I am responsible for my own actions.

4.  I will not hold Hani Banna, Keva Lloyd or MintMachine responsible for any consequences that come about as a result of my using this site, following the advice given therein or by any of the principals or members.

5.  If any clause of these terms are deemed unenforceable the remaining terms and clauses will still remain fully in effect.

6.  I realize that any advice given herein to join any programs, purchase any products, or perform any action whatsoever if acted upon is done so with my own free will.  I will not hold Hani Banna, Keva Lloyd or MintMachine responsible for any consequences of my actions.

7.  I am at least 18 years of age.

8.  I will not put myself in debt in order to participate in any online programs.

9.  I can come or go as I please.

10.  I understand that any business endeavor presents a certain amount of risk.  Although MintMachine is not a business endeavor per se, it will facilitate the joining of various business opportunities it has found fit to present.  Even though The MintMachine will have conducted its own due diligence about any opportunity it presents to its members it does so with the understanding that each member is personally responsible for their own actions and should conduct their own personal due diligence before investing any time, money, or resources into any business opportunity.

11.  I will never under any circumstance pursue any lawsuits or torts against the MintMachine, Hani Banna or Keva Lloyd, for any reason related to this website, my membership, or any actions recommended therein.

12. If I find that a product is unsatisfactory to my needs, my sole redress, and the maximum liability, is a refund of all monies I paid to Hani Banna or Keva Lloyd. Under no circumstances will any further liability, for any reason whatsoever, be acknowledged.
